This platform was built by and for those who know the true reality of serving in the fire service — our active and retired members. 

For years, the dedicated men and women of St Paul's Fire Department have put their lives on the line to protect our city, our neighborhoods, and our citizens. Yet behind the station doors, systemic misconduct, unaddressed grievances, and leadership failures have created an environment that undermines the very people who hold this department together.

We created this space to give a voice to those silenced for far too long.

• Active-duty members: You face these challenges on the front lines every shift. This is a place to document truth, demand accountability, and ensure that current firefighters have the support and protection they deserve without the fear of retaliation.

• Retired members: Your service established the foundation of this department, and your perspective is vital. You bring the experience, independence, and perspective needed to shed light on long-standing issues and guide real reform.

Our mission is not to tear down the institution of the fire service, but to protect and preserve its integrity. By bringing transparency to internal misconduct and advocating for the well-being of all workers, we are fighting for a workplace built on honesty, safety, and respect — for those serving today, those who served before, and the community we all care about.
