Submission Guidelines
By submitting content to the St. Paul’s Fire Department Community website, you agree to the following:
1. Original Content Only
- You may only upload content that you created yourself or that you have full permission to share.
- Do not upload anything that belongs to someone else without their written permission.
2. Respect and Safety
- No hate speech, threats, harassment, or bullying.
- No content that is racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory.
- No graphic violence or content meant to shock or harm others.
3. Privacy
- Do not share private information about yourself or others.
- If you include real people in your stories, photos, or videos, make sure they are comfortable with being shared.
4. Review and Approval
- All submissions are reviewed by site admins.
- We may edit content for length or style.
- We may choose not to publish any content for any reason.
5. Ownership and Rights
- You keep ownership of your original work.
- By submitting, you give the site a permanent license to use and share it.
- We may keep submissions in archives even if not published.
6. No Payment
- You will not be paid for your submission.
- You are sharing to help document and support the community.
7. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your content and confirm it breaks no laws.
If you do not agree with these guidelines, please do not submit content to this website.
